Olive Tapenade


Back in 2002, I had decided to push forward with a retail jar of a concoction I had been working on of mixed olives, vegetables and olive oil. I called it "Tapenade" even though it was more of a chunky olive salad like you find in New Orleans muffaletta sandwiches.

It was a hit from the beginning at Farmers Markets, and now we are in stores across the country.
