Olive Tapenade Recipes


Cut horizontal slits in CHICKEN breast and fill with a spoonful of Olive Harvest before baking.

Broiled FISH with a dollop of OH. Goes well with any fish. You can put it on top when cooking or on the side.

Stuff MUSHROOMS with feta and OH as appetizer.

CROSTINI- spread with cream cheese, feta, or goat cheese, top with OH.

On a BAGEL chip, a slice of mozzarella, slice of tomato top with OH.

Toss your garden SALADS with OH, great change from dressing.

Terrific in an omelet, scrambled EGGS, deviled eggs or fried.

Toss some OH in angel hair PASTA, chopped tomatoes and fresh basil, don't forget the parmigiana cheese.

Great on SANDWICHES, and of course the traditional Muffaletta sandwich, spread OH tapenade on focassia or soft roll, deli meats (salami, pepperoni, ham, cream cheese or mozzarella, tomatoes. You can serves this warm or cold... Delicious!

Instead of tomato sauce on your PIZZA try spreading a layer of OH tap. roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, feta and mozzarella.
Or put it on your favorite frozen pizza add it just before you put it in the oven or serve on the side when it's still hot from the oven.

Do you bake? add OH to BREAD dough, kneed well before baking, or roll dough out layer on OH then roll it up and bake.

Mix with HAMBURGER meat, add shredded cheese, hand form and grill for a delicious, juicy BBQ burger.

When entertaining, put out a platter with assorted crackers, OH tapenades, cream cheese and deli meats. Let your guest create their own appetizers.

Add or mix into:
soups, salads, sauces, frozen or fresh veggies, baked potato, mashed potatoes, stir into cream cheese, sour cream, salad dressings, chili, gravy, mayonnaise, softened butter, hummus, puffed pastry rounds (roll-up) tacos, meats, stews, casseroles, foie gras on baguette, fish, hot dogs, rye toast points...be creative try your own concoction.
